The purpose of gamification is to increase employee participation, interest, and loyalty by adding game-like elements. We want to find ways to gamify corporate wellness so your employees stay captivated and seek out all of the benefits of corporate wellness intervention.

Having an incentive in mind helps people set a goal and have a reason to work for the goal, which is the reward. Corporate wellness programs will work with you to figure out what type of incentives would be appropriate for your company, and then figure out a way they can incorporate gamification to increase employee engagement!
